My Approach in Therapy
I will provide you with an emotional roadmap that will guide you in exploring how deeply held beliefs, past trauma, abuse or emotional neglect might be influencing you today.
From here we will integrate new self-concepts through the application of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), guided visualizations, meta mantras and what I call, “reconnecting the wires”, which refers to Neuropsychology principals.
I encourage the use of Non-Violent Communication Techniques to empower clients to express their anger and assert their needs in relationships with others.
Through my gentle yet caring presence, I will validate any Unrecognized Grief you may be carrying with you through your life and witness the impacts this has on you, with the goal of helping to free you from this burden.
